Nothing Else Like Them!

I have two pairs of Scott boots, one in the bronzed brown finish and a special make in a dark chocolate brown. Have worn them religiously as my go to winter boots for 7-years now and no exaggeration, they look at good as new.

They are a very robust, super warm, and surprisingly versatile boot. They are an investment yes, but given their longevity and the fact that there really is nothing quite like the Scott boot in the market, I would not hesitate recommending them to all who value winter warmth with style!

Amazing boots.

Purchased last winter after trying out in Covent Garden shop, my advice would be to up a size or least a half to account for the shearling finish. Great for autumn and winter use , easily best boots I’ve purchased after many years of searching and the colour and finish are incredible.

Beautiful but tiny

These are really nice. Stunning soft leather and a lovely full boot lining.

The only trouble is that they're very narrow at the vamp. I have Cheaney Chelsea and Chukka boots in the same size and width (F) which are great. But I had to (painfully) force my feet into these in such a way that I thought the leather might tear - yet there was still a looming amount of space at the toe. Unfortunately one to be returned!

Size up!

Fantastic boots

These are the best boots I've ever had and I've had a fair few. Perfect fit, great build quality and super comfortable from the 1st wear. Well done Cheaney!

Scott R Fur Lined

The boots themselves are what I expected from Cheaney, however, a problem I have add with recent purchases is sizing. having owned a pair of Pennine 2's for years in size 9 which are a perfect fit all the boots I've tired in this size have been too big and the Scott's are no exception. Cheaney have also allowed for the lining and therefore the boots are I would say a full size too big, possibly a size and a half. Sadly I couldn't order a smaller size as sold out. In summary beautiful boots but I would recommend ordering at least a half size smaller.

Worth it

Looking at the price, i was a little unsure considering i had never seen them in person and was doing my purchase from US online.

I must say these are right on top of my 15+ boot collection. These are beautiful and solidly made, i have enjoyed them for this past month and cant stop admiring them and the fact that they are so comfortable.

This was my first British Boot, it has ensured that it will definitely not be the last.

Super boots

Having bought these boots I did feel a degree of trepidation, would they live up to my expectations? I needn't have worried, customer service was spot on and when they arrived they were beautifully presented. They looked a pair of quality boots and were very comfortable and well fitting the first time I put them on. I love them, they are warm, very very comfortable and high quality, I have now bought boot trees for them and am happy that when they do start to show signs of wear I can get them refurbished. In short they look good, are very well made and are extremely comfortable from the moment you first wear them, not cheap but ooze quality.

Perfect boot?

Visiting london last december to visit family. Stupidly was wearing chuck taylor sneakers. Feet killing me after 45 mins. Just happened to pass by a Cheaney shop - and these were in the window. Gorgeous. Shearling lined. Dainite sole. Pebble grain finish. Storm welts. I wore them out the shop and walked all day (13 miles) around London. Feet super comfortable. I live in USA where these have the added bonus of being super rare. cannot recommend highly enough.

Outstanding Winter Boot

I agree with those who've said that these are a wee bit tight and tighter than my Scott in almond grain. However I think it's the leather which will mould to the foot with wear. The leather quality is superb, the look of the boot is fabulous and the build quality is up there with the best and I love the fact that the shearling lining is throughout and not just lining the shafts.

Derby Boot

Any boot with its facings stitched on top of the vamp can be classified as a derby. Also known as 'open lacing', this style is of particular benefit to people with higher insteps and can be found on a variety of styles. Derbies are generally seen as more casual and offer an easy way to transition to casual outfits.
