Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you simply change your mind, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
The item(s) must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging. We recommend you try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles.
For Exchanges, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order online.
UK Returns
You can return an item to us for free using Royal Mail
Instructions:
- Create your returns label using the 'Return my items' button above
- You will be emailed a QR code
- Simply show the QR code in the email on your mobile phone at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and the label will be printed and attached to the parcel
International Returns
You can create a returns label using the Global-e online returns portal
The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund. (the price varies by country but is shown in the portal)
If you have paid duty and taxes upfront, these amounts are not refunded by us and must be claimed back through your country’s relevant authority. Please be aware that in some jurisdictions, this process can be complex or restrictive. We therefore recommend checking the required procedures with your local customs or tax office before placing your order.
Canada - Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return
Original shipping charges are not refunded
For EU customers who wish to withdraw from the contract the returns cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will be refunded for customers who have Withdrawn from the contract within 14 days. Make sure to select 'Order Withdrawal' as the return reason.
Refunds
We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware at busy periods this may take slightly longer.
We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Cancellations
United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations
Gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund including the original postage charges. If you use our returns portal the returns cost will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to: customerservices@cheaney.co.uk
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
EU Right of Withdrawal
This gives EU shoppers the right to withdraw eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Please note the returns cost will be deducted from your refund which is shown to you during the returns process as it varies by country
To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, follow the link and enter your order ID and email address making sure to select 'Order withdrawal' as the return reason.
You’ll receive an email confirmation upon submitting the form, and once you return the goods, a full refund will be processed within 14 days
