Giving your Cheaney shoes the love and care they require will offer you the ultimate comfort, unforgettable value, and the service you deserve for a long time. However, like all shoes, they are not indestructible and may require new soles or heels to extend their life. Because of the quality materials used in the original manufacturing process, we can offer sole and heel repair on all our standard and Imperial shoes.
We take roughly 10 working weeks to repair your shoes because our skilled craftspeople use processes similar to those used when your shoes were first made. Send us your worn and tired Cheaney footwear via post, or if you're in the Mayfair, London area, take them to the New Bond Street store, and we can send them to our factory from there.
