Customers can also request a professional Mirror Shine finish on suitable styles and all services are completely complimentary. This service operates on a drop-in basis, with a turnaround time of 3-5 working days although this may vary slightly due to demand. For further information, speak to one of our dedicated in-store members of the team.

Drop off your Cheaney shoes for repair in Jermyn Street

If you properly care for your Cheaney shoes, they will offer you comfort, value and extensive wear for years. But even the best-cared-for shoes will require repair eventually, especially with frequent wear. If you wish to extend the life of your Cheaney shoes, we offer a sole and heel repair service using the original manufacturing process because of the quality materials used in our footwear.

Simply send your shoes to our factory, and we will lovingly repair them in 10 working weeks, using many similar processes to those used when they were created. Alternatively, if you pass through the St. James area of London, take your shoes into our Jermyn Street store, and they can send them back to the factory.
