COMPLIMENTARY SHOE POLISHING
Available in our Icon Outlet store is our artisan polishing service, whereby we invite customers to drop off their Cheaney shoes and boots for a bespoke clean and polish. Customers can also request a professional Mirror Shine finish on suitable styles and all services are completely complimentary. This service operates on a drop-in basis, with a turnaround time of 3-5 working days although this may vary slightly due to demand. For further information, speak to one of our dedicated in store members of the team.

MEET THE MANAGER...
VIRNA
Virna began her career with Cheaney at our Covent Garden store and her passion and vitality for the brand quickly lead to her becoming Store Manager of our Coal Drops Yard store, which opened in 2019. Virna has now transferred to the Cheapside store and with a total of 10 years of experience behind her in the footwear industry, it’s safe to say that Virna’s knowledge of fit, style, and aftercare is second to none. She also has unique expertise in polishing, which she credits to time spent as a child polishing her Grandfather’s shoes and being fascinated by their quality construction.
