Complimentary shoe polishing
Available in our Cheapside store is our artisan polishing service, whereby we invite customers to drop off their Cheaney shoes and boots for a bespoke clean and polish. Customers can also request a professional Mirror Shine finish on suitable styles and all services are completely complimentary. This service operates on a drop-in basis, with a turnaround time of 3-5 working days although this may vary slightly due to demand. For further information, speak to one of our dedicated in store members of the team.
Drop off your Cheaney shoe repairs in Cheapside
No shoe is beyond gradual wear and tear, especially if it is well-loved. But fear not as here at Cheaney we can help extend the life of your shoes by replacing the sole and heel using our repair service.
A repair takes around 10 working weeks whether you have shoes from our standard or Imperial range, as many of the processes are the same as when the shoe was made. Heel replacement only takes two weeks if you prefer that option. Simply pay for a repair online and return them to our factory or if you frequent the City of London you can take them into our Cheapside store.
