Excellent quality

These are beautiful boots but unfortunately far too narrow even with the thinest of socks. I also ordered this seasons lace up Cheaney boots from Toast which are wider in the foot as are my Cheaney Brogues. Neither of these were labelled wider fitting so I'm not sure what the standard Cheaney fit is.

Quality Boots

As I expected, the boots are lovely quality and a timeless style. I have 3 pairs of Cheaneys now and although the initial outlay may seem high to some people, knowing that they will last and that I'll never tire of them makes for sound economic sense. Whenever I put my Cheaneys on I feel good and walk well.

Beautifully crafted boots

Beautifully crafted boots, fabulous rich colour, quality leather. Unfortunately I was swayed by quality of these boots and despite them being too narrow, I told myself they would 'give a little'. Regrettably, they haven't 'given' enough and are too uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. A lesson to be learnt for me and an expensive donation to the charity shop.

Incredible Craftsmanship

I've long wanted a pair of Cheaney boots and finally bit the bullet. They are the most stunning pair of shoes I have ever bought. I bought my pair in mocha and they're a much richer brown than suggested in the site photos (where they take on an almost red undertone). The stitching is perfection, the leather is divine, and the level of detail is astounding. In the shoe you can see someone has hand-written the size/make of the shoe and each shoe comes in its own individual dust bag. They wear beautifully and produce a sumptuous sound when you walk on pavement/hardwood. The only issue I have now is that I want more shoes from Cheaney! I am now a customer for life.
