Balmoral boots can be thought of as an Oxford in boot form, with some distinct features: a closed lacing system, a distinct upper and lower portion of the boot, low heels, a rounded toe, and above the ankle in length. Prince Albert originally commissioned boots that would keep him dry whilst walking through the Balmoral grounds; Queen Victoria asked for a few pairs herself; we also stock a range of women's Balmoral boots.
