Excellent shoes and service.

I have been wearing Cheaney brogues for over 20 years. The shoes are always extremely well made and these are particularly stylish.
Prompt delivery.

Cheaney’s are simply the best

Now have two pairs of Cheaney shoes and will continue to buy more. Whilst excellent in style, design and build, they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Looking forward to the winter months when I’ll treat myself to a pair of boots.

Excellent

Beautifully crafted and made in England. In the past I have purchased shoes from other well known English makers only to find that they were not actually made in England. Cheaney shoes from now on!

brilliant shoes

It's hard for me to find a pair of shoes which are nice look, comfortable and reasonable price, until cheaney. I was so supprised while trying. This Edwin Two Tone with Navy Suede is my favorite.

beautiful shoe.

Being a wearer of another famous shoe maker and needing new shoes I decided to try Cheaney as most of the family from my previous shoe maker are now at Cheaney.
Very comfortable shoe and they look amazing.
Only thing wrong I noticed was the toe was more shiny on one shoe then the other, even using cream and wax wouldn't match them.
Not a big problem for a lovely shoe.
I've found my new shoe maker!

I have had these shoes for a few week now i cannot begin to describe the quality and most importantly the fit. In all my years I have never had a pair of shoes from new that have fit so well, they feel like a second skin and the comments I receive about them are numerous. Well done Cheaney

Oxford Brogue

The term 'Oxford' refers to any style of footwear with a 'closed' lacing system, where the facings are stitched flush with the rest of the shoe.

The word 'brogue' refers to the punched detailing, which at one point was used to let water out of country shoes; these days, they are purely decorative and add a more casual edge. A pair of oxford brogues can be dressed up or down and should be a staple style in anyone's wardrobe.

Burnishing refers to slightly darker shades being applied to the shoe, specifically around the toes and heels - meticulously done by hand in our factory, burnishing gives each shoe personality and shows off the leather beautifully.
