Long lasting

I bought a pair in 2004.

I had some stitching repaired in the first year and I've had them re-soled twice since. My foot size and shape is a lucky match with the last I guess. I knew they were right as soon as I tried them on.

They're simply my best shoes; robust, great looking, super comfortable, practical and still going strong 20 years on!

Tweed C wingcap brogue boot

This is the second pair of these I have had, the previous pair have lasted 8 years plus and have been worn most days, they are the most comfortable shoes/boots I have ever owned. Very satisfied

Quality, fit comfort all excellent

After the disappointment of Grensons Made In India (surprising that their website hides that!) I wanted real English boots. The Tweed Wingtips are superb in how they look, feel and fit. Leather so supple no wearing in required, beaten leather looks wonderful and hand made in England . Wearing them you can feel the generations of skill and soul that has gone into them, a real tonic for my soul. A joy to wear and own.

Tweed boots awesome

I thought my Feinnes boots were my all time favourites but having just received my new Tweed C wing cap boots in almond, I am not so sure. These boots are awesome and felt awesome first time on. Had originally ordered a 10, same as Feinnes but had to go up a half size for perfect fit. Exchange was seamless.

Awesome Boots For Life

They are brilliant really nice to wear, doesn’t require any breaking in, a perfect fitting boot for my every day use and a perfect companion to use with a suit...!!

Toppa Byets.

The commando sole gives great grip making them practical for everyday use. They're light enough for walking a good distance and soft enough you can use them to ride a motorbike. They're hard wearing, I had many a mile out of my first pair and they polish up a treat.
They do have one downfall - dogs find them delicious. My Patterdale terrier devoured both shoes in one sitting. I'm currently breaking in a shiny new pair.

Great boot!

Another winning combo of superb quality, attention to detail and slipper-like comfort. They look superb too. A really beautiful boot.

Not bad

Shocked by the rate at which the sole wears out. Vibram make far superior units. Otherwise not a bad boot, just not the most durable.

Good old fashioned quality

I had been looking at these bought for a while now as I already own a pair in olive colour. I could not in all honesty justify paying the full price and when I was offered them with twenty five percent discount it was an offer I couldn’t refuse. The boots are very well made , easy to wear and look very smart. Very pleased with them.

Derby Brogue Boot

The term 'Derby', refers to any style of footwear with a 'open' lacing system, where the facings are stitched on top of the vamp meaning they can be opened outwards, as such, are suitable for a wide foot or a foot with a high in-step.

The word 'brogue' refers to the punched detailing, which at one point was used to let water out of country shoes; these days, they are purely decorative and add a more casual edge.
