  • Internet Protocol address (IP address) of your device - Our website uses this to detect your location so it can show you prices relevant to your country (for example Ex-VAT prices)
  • Passport Number / Personal ID Number - For selected countries Russia and Norway we ask for either of these as it is a requirement to import the goods into those countries
  • We may also collect information about you from messages you post to the website, e-mails or letters you send to us and messages sent through social media – So we can reply to your questions & queries and help you out as best we can
