The health and well-being of our office, factory and retail employees and our wonderful customers will always take precedence for us as a business. With that in mind that we have decided to temporarily close all our retail stores and shut down our Northamptonshire factory until further notice.

All staff are being compensated to help ease the pressure during these unprecedented times as it is vital our craftsmen and women feel supported during the coming weeks. We may be a relatively small business but we are a united one.

We would like to re-assure our customers that while the Cheaney online store is still open, our warehouse is currently operating with a small team of three people, to pick and pack any orders.

For now, we have arranged one collection per week from our factory with our couriers. All orders will be dispatched on a Thursday.

The large warehouse is on two floors, allowing staff to comfortably follow the UK Government’s rules on social distancing

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time as we try to navigate the logistics of shipments over the coming weeks. Of course, we will assess this daily and operate in accordance with Government guidelines.
