Working with Goral to rework their 'The Boulsover' trainer for a limited run in three new colourways, the collaboration brings together heritage and modernity with Cheaney values and Goral craftsmanship. Using Cheaney-selected Janus Calf suedes from UK-based tannery Charles F Stead, the classic colours are designed on a contemporary silhouette and are entirely made in the Goral factory in Sheffield.

Features include a traditional fleur de lis centre design on the heel, embossed Union Jack flag on the tongue and a dual branded rubber sole.

Fitting / Size

I bought the brown version of these shoes last year and they’re great; quality and style is excellent. However, despite ordering these black shoes in the same size, I got a nasty blister after walking just one mile in them. Also, the laces supplied were 20cm shorter than the brown version which just isn’t long enough (90cm for 6 eyelets). I’ve always been happy with shoes and boots from Cheaney but this time I’m a little disappointed and just hoping the shoes will wear in without further blisters.

Very comfortable shoe.
Very difficult to lace up and loosen. The laces are a big problem as they do not slide easily when being pulled or loosened.
