So glad I was tempted

Very pleased with these after dithering for some months over the cost and style. I wore these for the first time on a museum trip to London on public transport with a fair bit of walking and was amazed by the comfort and total lack of any soreness when I got home more than 12 hours later. Just need to remember that when wearing socks with these it’s best to have a pair where the top shows over the top of the boot to prevent any chance of rubbing- for me any way. I love the grain. I think the laces could ideally be a few centimetres longer. I like the normal sole as the really chunky styles can look a bit at odds with my clothes - probably usually described as stylish casual for someone with silver hair and nearly 63.

Lovely Boots

These boots are lovely. They were comfortable from the outset. They should last forever I should think. The only down side was that the laces supplied with the boot are too short! Have ordered a pair of Dr Martens satin ribbon laces for them to make them look a bit more quirky.
