Very well made

I received these shoes last week and i've been breaking them in by wearing them exclusively in the house on alternate days.

Out the box they are well finished and a little uncomfortable but that is the sign of a handmade shoe - it needs breaking in.

My only minor criticism is that they had some creasing on the leather right out the box and while hand made shoes will never be perfect i conditioned them with Leather cream and then gave them 2 coats of cream polish and it's removed the crease.

I've also put a leather oil on the sole to condition it and give some waterproofing.

However you could argue you should do the above to all new shoes.

the shoes look to be very well constructed with a good quality welt, uniform stitching on the sole and fit well. The materials look to be of very good quality.
