Great shoes - shame about the laces

These shoes are day-long comfy straight out of the box. Absolutely fantastic. BUT after the second time of wearing the shoes the laces are looking like they've been tied every day for a year. They're frayed and the outer sheath is damaged enough to show the inner core of the laces. And there were no spares provided in the box, unlike another Northamptonshire brand of shoes that I regularly wear. Huge disappointment and not what I would expect from a company that prides itself on its quality standards
