UK RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, even if you simply change your mind, you have 30 days in which to return item to us for an exchange or refund.

The item must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

We recommend you try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles.

Please note all shoe care products are non-returnable

Simply fill in the returns form that was sent with the order, enclose it with the parcel and send it back to us.

To make returning an item to us as easy as possible, we recommend the following:

Return a parcel to us from as little as £4.89 using Collect+

Please note: Prices are subject to change at any time, check collect+ website for up-to-date prices. You are responsible for the delivery costs to return the item back to us

 

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 local UK shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress. Please note this service can take 2 -3 working days. This is usually the most economical way to send goods back to us.

1. Return items to us using Collect+ and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Collect+ store.

2. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you obtain adequate insurance that covers you for the full price of the product.

3. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.

4. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service. Find a Collect+ store near you

5. Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track

Please note, with Collect+ you cannot return a parcel with dimensions larger than 50x30x30cm and which weigh more than 10kg.

Royal Mail via the Post Office (Cost depends on size & weight of parcel)

 

1. Take the parcel to your local Post Office where you’ll need to pay to cover the cost of the return.

2. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you use a service that requires a signature and insures you for the full price of the product.

3. Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to be refunded for

4. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders need to be returned at your own expense and within 30 days of receipt. The parcel must be clearly marked with:

'RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER'

Failure to do so may result in import duties for which we may hold you liable.

The item must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Shoe care products are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware at busy periods this may take slightly longer.

We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

FREE EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange for a different size we will deliver it back to you at no extra cost. Fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to exchange, including the details of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items.

If you require a different product (rather than a different size of the same product) you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

You are responsible for the delivery costs to return the item back to us.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that requires a signature & insures you for the value of the goods.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and are processing your exchange; you will receive a further email when the exchange has been dispatched. Our standard delivery times apply for exchanges

CANCELLATIONS

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 7 days and receive a full refund including the original postage charges.

Cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to: info@cheaney.co.uk

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at info@cheaney.co.uk soon as possible after placing the order.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that your product is faulty or we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order please contact us by email info@cheaney.co.uk quoting your order number and our online team will respond as soon as possible.
