
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original unworn condition and shoebox and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage costs.
We do offer free returns from time to time, as detailed on the website, which will be refunded onto your credit card. We strongly recommend that you try shoes on indoors on a carpeted surface to prevent damage.
Please return the shoes in the outer box in which they were received, or alternatively wrap the shoebox in brown paper before sending.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
All shoe care products are non returnable.
